Which payment methods do we offer?

WavySys attaches great importance to reliable payment transactions and punctual payments. Therefore we work together with our key partner MangoPay. MangoPay guarantees secure payment transactions and automated payment transfers, which do not require your own manpower.

MangoPay

MangoPay is a secure end-to-end payment solution. It enables platforms to accept multiple currencies and
multiple payment methods online, hold the funds in segregated accounts and automate pay-outs.

The 50/50 principle

Within the booking process, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted automatically from
the customer’s credit card. The missing 50% will be collected 30 days before the rental.
The deposit will be securely deposited and managed in an E-wallet and paid directly to the
charterer in case of damage.
If there is no damage, the renter automatically receives the deposit back within 48 hours of the
checkout.

No open receivables with WavySys

Every charter company that uses WavySys and its booking and payment processes has the advantage that there are no open receivables with confirmed bookings. When a booking is confirmed, the charter company receives a down payment of the total amount, and can therefore expect a capacity utilization. All of these features are part of WavySys’ receivables management.
